3D Printing

Using state of the art equipment, durable 3D models are created in an additive fabrication process. The models can be a natural off white colour, or can be produced in full colour. Models produced in this process provide a quick cost effective means of verifying designs, prior to investing in expensive tooling for mass production. 3Dprint models are great for visualising designs in the conceptual stages of design, when properties such as mechanical strength are less important.

Stereolithography ; SLA

For highly accuarte parts required for fit and assembly checks, this is the preferred method for prototyping. Components from this process are ideal for masters for vacuum casting.

SLS; Selective Laser Sintering

This process produces highly durable parts formed from plastic particles fused together. These parts have high strength and impact resistance and are suitable for use as durable parts.

3D  CAD design

If you require 3 CADdrawing we are available to offer this service. We can also convert 2D Cad drawings to the required 3D format required for 3D prototype models.
